As REACH ( EC 1907/2006 ) and EU Directive On Phthalates ( 2005/84/EC ) have been enforced since 2007 and 2008, it is noted that some of the left-over stocks of non-conforming toy products even before 2002 sales seasons are still at retailing level. In the light of the Directives concerned, these products should not be placed on the market any more. Please make sure that your retailers or customers will act due care in relation to the applicable requirements, while making a toy available on the market.
